3 WAYS TO GET STARTED:

1. Fundamentals Course
( Beginner - Novice )

( Three 60 min 1-on-1 Private coaching sessions)

If you are new to CrossFit or have had minimal exposure in the past sign up for this 1-on-1 Private fundamentals series. This course is REQUIRED as you must be knowledgeable and confident in all class movements before joining. Safety is our number one priority.

You will grasp the understanding of the following:

  • Effective dynamic warmups 
  • Weightlifting/Powerlifting movements ( Squat, Clean & jerk, Snatch)
  • Gymnastic movements ( Pull ups, pushups, etc.)
  • Metabolic Conditioning *MetCon's ( Task, Time, Interval priority)
  • Any modifications on an as needed basis

2. Test Out Session
( Seasoned - Experienced )

( 1x 60 min 1-on-1 Private coaching session)

If you have experience with CrossFit this session will be a test to get into class. This is a prerequisite to joining. We MUST make sure you are knowledgeable and can move safely and efficiently. Your coach will determine whether you pass or fail and can continue with a gym membership. You MUST demonstrate movement progressions and understanding of the following:

  • Different Barbell Squats and Pulling Progressions  
  • Olympic lifts/ progressions ( Barbell Snatch / Clean & Jerk)
  • Proper gymnastics skills: Pull-up variations/ Ring work/ Handstand skills 
  • Complete Task, Time and Interval priority WOD's

3. Private Training

( All Levels )

If you are looking for a more personal experience, private training is the best option. Private training is recommended to those who are battling with motivation and/or NOT seeing results with their current fitness plan. This route is also best if you have injuries/ health limitations or need help with technique.

Your coach will assess your movements, strengths and weaknesses, all while creating a program specifically designed to meet your needs.
