If you are completely new to CrossFit and want to attend our group classes, you need to start with our introduction series. The series will familiarize you with the 9 foundational movements for CrossFit plus more. The introduction series includes three - 1 hour sessions with one of our highly qualified CrossFit Coaches. ( For the 2 on 1 intro series, each athlete must purchase separately.) We require this to ensure that you are able to safely perform a workout. We offer two different packages for the introduction series.
