  • Session 1: June 11th - June 22nd
  • Session 2: June 25th - July 6th
  • Session 3: July 9th - July 20th
  • Session 4: July 23rd - August 3rd 
SCHEDULE:
Monday + Wednesday + Friday : 7AM - 8AM
Tuesday + Thursday : 6:30PM - 7:30PM 
* Must have 10 attendees for class to start
** 15 athlete CAP during each class
***Example Session: * all movements are scalable to all fitness levels
Warmup:
  • Jog 200m
  • 100m plyometric dynamic movements
  • 3 sets 5 bodyweight squats and 5 pushups
Workout:
4 Cycle Circuit: 
1min: Max jump rope
1min Max burpees
1min Max jumping jacks
1min Max situps
1Min rest
Cool down:
  • 3 min foam roller 
  • 2 min downward dog 
  • 1 min child pose
