If you have a foundation in CrossFit’s core movements and practices then you may be able to “Test-Out” and jump directly into our Group Classes. We have created this process to allow experienced athletes a quick way into the gym while preserving our baseline quality standard required for smooth classes and safe training.
We are looking for a general knowledge and safe practices including but not limited to Clean and Jerk Porgressions, Snatch Progressions, Kipping Pull ups, Handstand pushups, and mechanical proficiency and consistency of standard CrossFit movements. If it is at all intimidating or unfamiliar please consider trying the Introduction Series instead.
